Download software on iPad

Hello, I have a 12.9 iPad Pro.

I would like to install a program (simdose), but it doesn't work.

The download starts, but once it's finished, when I open it, it says blank page.

    simdose does not exist for iOS. It is only designed for Windows or Mac OS.
