Hello,

When I try to make a request to join a TikTok live, it always says, "You must have access to LIVE to go LIVE as a guest." What does that mean? And how can I get access to Live?

    Hello,

    This means that you need to make a request first to the creator of the live stream in question, and then they will either accept it or not.

    After that, they are not obliged to do it…

    To request to join a TikTok LIVE:
    1. During a LIVE video, tap the Multi-Guest button, then tap Request.
    2. Once the creator has accepted your request, you will see the video settings that allow you to add the Enhance filter, select Accessories, and enable or disable the camera and sound. We will start capturing your camera and microphone to provide you with a preview of the video and sound before joining the LIVE.
    3. Tap Go LIVE when you're ready. You will join the LIVE 5 seconds later.
