Hello,

I have this error code "6001 - requested -key-system-config" for live viewing on my PC. Thank you for your responses.

    I have a site "equidia" that works well live on my phone via the "Google Play" app but not on PC, I get this code 6001.

    Hello

    "EQUIDIA "direct is a horse racing website; it works on my Samsung A41 phone but not on my ACER -Es1 -711 model ZYL running Windows 8, however it works by going through another racing site "le trotteur Français"

    I also installed "ca-vyprvpn.com" and the certificate as mentioned when we have this error code via Google

    I'm not an expert, thank you for your patience

      Very well! Now we know a little more.

      "ca-vyprvpn.com": apparently it's a virtual network. Why use a virtual network?

      "is a horse racing website": No, apparently you connect to one of their computers to follow a race live. Not on their server (the Equidia channel, live races).

      What I don't understand is why not directly connect to the Equidia channel, the overall content of this channel?

    live on the EQUIDIA channel the video is not working "error 6001" and on my television the same yet I contacted Equidia - SFR - and Samsung for the TV

      Hello philevy,

      If you type this error code on Google, you'll see there are plenty of problems with SFR (which doesn't surprise me at all, if it worked we would know about it…)

    ► "I have a site equidia ": a website?
    ► "with my phone": and what phone? (brand/model)
    ► "but not on PC": and what PC? (brand/model)
    ► "I have this code 6001": a printer also displays this code! Have you at least looked on the internet?

    Come on, it’s like pulling teeth to get words out of you....
    How are we supposed to guess what’s going on if you don’t say anything? We’re not sitting in front of your computer!
