How to know if a buyer is acting in good faith when there is no possibility to see their past transactions?

I have an account that was opened about ten years ago, but I cannot recover it because the application asks for my phone number, which I just used to open my current account. I have lost my seniority and credibility due to this old account. I wanted to reopen it following a security issue: indeed, I was directly contacted via SMS after posting my ad... by some undesirables.

How can I contact Le Bon Coin since there is no link behind the word "contact"? Strange for an online selling site!
