What is the reliability of PDF Central?

Hello,

I'm looking for a completely free PDF reader, meaning no subscriptions after a trial period.

The Adobe subscription is way too expensive for the amount of use I need.

It's for converting PDFs to Word and using the translation of my documents.

    Good evening,

simple PDF readers do not allow the conversion of PDF to word processing format.

At Foxit, the free version, PDF Reader, does not have the features of the paid version (without subscription), called Foxit PDF Editor.

For free options, aside from several online sites, PDF24 offers many features, including conversion to Word files.

      Hello,

Word (or Libre Office) can open a PDF.

For example, in Word, open, navigate to the folder where the PDF is located, and select PDF Files from the dropdown next to File Name.

It's quite slow, it probably crashes on a very long document, and it doesn't innovate at all compared to a "specialized" converter: it will read and convert the text from the PDF, not what is there as an image.

After that, you can modify it as you wish and do whatever you want with it: choose to save it in Word format or return to PDF via Microsoft Print to PDF.
