How to unlock my pc

Hello, by accident I locked my PC, and now every time I open it, after entering my password, a message appears to tell me that my account is locked (an administrator has restricted logins, to log in, make sure your device is connected to the internet, then ask your administrator to log in first). This may be clear for some, but not for me;

I have contacted Microsoft support 4 times, and each time it lasted about 4 hours with no results. Thanks, robots.

    Hello,

    If you turn it off three times in a row using the power button, do you then have access to the recovery options? Troubleshooting > System Restore?
