Message "Decoding Off"

Hello everyone.

I have a Yamaha HTR-3066 amplifier that is connected to my Samsung TV via optical cable. After unplugging and re-plugging it (for furniture change), I no longer have sound from the TV and the message on the amplifier keeps coming back "Decoder Off". Could someone please tell me what to do to solve this problem?
