Windows 11 Installation

Hello,
I tried installing W11 on my PC (new but "incompatible") using the command line "setup /product server".
The system's response is: "'setup' is not recognized as an internal or external command, an executable program, or a batch file".
What should I do?

For this to work, the setup.exe installation executable must be found, in other words, I need to extract it from a Windows 11 ISO for example onto my desktop and navigate to drive X containing this file using X: or CD /D X:
