All the image settings on my screen are locked, except for the Overdrive category; I can't access brightness or anything.

    Hello,

    Oh, that reminds me of something; I had the same problem and resolved it by resetting the monitor to factory settings.

    To do this, unplug it from the power source and disconnect the cable that comes from your computer.

    Wait for 3 minutes, then plug it back in:

    Open the menu on your monitor using the menu button, scroll down in the menu until you see "Factory Reset," confirm it... after a few seconds of black screen, you should regain the functionalities.

    At that point, you can reconnect the DVI or HDMI cable; I don't know your connection.

    And redo your preferred settings.

    There's no need to rush; take your electric bike, you'll tire yourself less,
    Or go to the CCM website where you'll find what you need along with its FORUM and contributors who all know their stuff.
