hello, I'm making this post because three days ago I activated the core protection of my PC and files via the built-in antivirus of Windows 11 and since then I can no longer run certain applications and Windows tools because a message appears saying:

This application has been blocked for your protection,

"An administrator has denied you the execution of this application. For more information, contact the administrator."

Seeing this I disabled the options I had activated in the antivirus but nothing works

    If you have a restore point prior to the modification, please perform a restore.
