Grayed Out Notifications

Good evening

I have an issue with the notifications of an application, I can't activate them as it's grayed out

Could someone help me? I restarted my Samsung A34 phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, but nothing works.

    Hello

    Without uninstalling the app, on the Samsung, open Preferences, Applications, search for and select Adecco Medical, select Storage, Clear Cache and Clear Data. (You will need to re-enter your credentials).

    Then, still in Preferences, Notifications, select More and check that Adecco Medical is ON.

    Test Adecco Medical again.
