unable to turn on Kiano TV Solved

Hello,

I can’t turn on my Kiano TV anymore:

- neither with the remote control (where I have already tried changing the batteries)

- nor with the TV itself (the On/Off button doesn't work)

The TV won't turn on, there is just the red light on the TV.

I have unplugged the TV but it's the same.

Any advice please on how to turn it on?

It was working fine until yesterday..

Problem solved by unplugging the TV for more than a minute
