Snapchat Friend Request Limit

Hello,
I recently opened a "business" Snapchat account so that people can subscribe to my account and comment without me adding them back, but before that, my account was public, and I added a lot of people through "Quick Add" and "Search".
It has been almost 3 weeks since Snapchat restricted my ability to add new friends, even though I have removed a lot of friends and withdrawn all the friend requests I had sent. I have contacted Snapchat support more than 5 times...
Do you know if this is permanent or how long it will last? How can I remove this restriction?

There is a restriction on your account at the levels of the site's servers in question, so there’s nothing miraculous to do but wait.
4 You have added friends too quickly
There is also a limit to how quickly you can add friends. If you reach this limit, please try again later.
Otherwise:
3 You have too many friends.
There is a limit to the number of friends you can have - it’s A LOT. If you reach this limit, you will not be able to add new friends. You can however delete old friends to make room for these new friends
Do you know if this is permanent or will it last a long time? How could we know for sure here on CCM?
