Hello,

My Alcatel F860 Voice Trio phone is not working anymore.

On all 3 handsets, it says OUT OF RANGE.

And on the base unit that contains the answering machine, the light that indicates the number of calls is off.

I have unplugged everything and replaced the batteries. Nothing has worked.

Thank you for your advice.

    Hello,

    The base (the answering machine as you say) is properly connected to a power outlet, this outlet works fine, try plugging something else into this outlet or the base into another outlet to see if it turns on.

    And there you go....

    But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!!

      do you have a dial tone

      if not, try using your phone at a neighbor's to see if you have a dial tone; if not, contact a repairman or change your phone
