Z monthly on a sampos ecr register

Hello,

I bought a sampos ecr thinking I was getting a good deal, but the entire manual is in Spanish and even online.

I need to get the z out this month but I don't understand how to do it!

Please help!

    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

    So first of all, thank you very much for the manual in French, I couldn't find it.

    But there is no way to draw the monthly Z.

    Or maybe I’m missing it.

      The manual in French is for model ER-059, not yours.

      For the ER-057s, the Spanish manual states

      That is to say:

      • Mode X  - In this position, you will have a list of information without deleting the cash register data, so you can start over if necessary.
      • Mode Z - In this position, you will have a list of information that will be deleted to start with the counters at zero.

      There is no, as in the French manual, position Z1 (daily) and Z2 (monthly)

    Yes, that's exactly it, they don't say how to do the z2.

    Hence my problem.

      There is no Z2 on your model...

      To have a monthly report with a reset of the accounts, you need to perform the Z mode on the last day of the month at the end of the day...
