I have been banned from Grindr, I would like to know if the account has been permanently deleted or not?

Grindr will immediately and without notice remove the accounts of users who Grindr believes have committed "repeated infringements." A user who commits repeated infringements is a user who has been informed more than twice by Grindr of violations for illegal activities or whose User Content has been removed more than twice from the Grindr Services. (Please note that we also reserve the right to remove accounts for a single infringement, in accordance with Article 8).
