Intel nuc8i3bek turns on and then shuts down

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Intel NUC 8. Basically, when I press the power button, the NUC seems like it’s about to start but then it shuts down immediately afterwards. I’ve tried disconnecting the SSD and testing the RAM one by one, and I even tried moving the jumper to position 2-3 but nothing works. My colleague even tried to look into the problem but couldn’t fix it; he also explained that I need to update the NUC's BIOS, but since it doesn’t start, it’s a bit difficult to get it into recovery mode. Afterwards, I noticed a small detail: there’s a green LED lit on the motherboard, and I don’t know if that’s normal or not?
