Hello and thank you in advance for your help.

My phone is dead and far from home, which I'm going to retrieve.

In the first few days, when I called my number, it would ring then go to voicemail. Now, dead, when I call, I go straight to voicemail. Is this normal?

Best regards.

    Hello,

This is indeed the normal operation of any mobile phone.... As long as it is powered and switched on, "it rings" before going to voicemail if there is no "pick up"... and as soon as it is no longer "on"... well, the call is directly redirected to voicemail...(which is on the operator's servers).
