TV more channels: Empty database

Hello,

I have a Schneider television that was working perfectly, and suddenly I have no channels! The message: empty database. I have done a channel search several times, but nothing works. Can someone help me? I've been without TV for 2 days.

Hello Pivoine65,

  1. Is your TV connected to an antenna?
  2. Is your TV connected to a box?
  3. How old is it?
  4. What model is it?

There's no database on a TV, but there are (2) tuners to receive digital broadcasts.
Otherwise, it's just a screen that receives signals from the box via the internet.

my TV works with the Orange decoder that operates with fiber

it is about 7/8 years old

Good evening

Turn off the box and the TV decoder, then turn on the box again. When it is working, turn on the TV decoder and the TV.
