Subwoofer connection

Hello, I'm a mess when it comes to connections... I have a Marantz NR 1200 amplifier with wired column speakers Davis Vinci II and bookshelf Wharfedale Diamond 9.1.

I bought a Yamaha NS SW 200 subwoofer with a NorStone Arran RCA SUB Cable - Length 5 m x 1.

I connected the cable to the sub out output of the amplifier and to the Line in L input of the subwoofer. No sound is coming out... it shouldn't be like this... Help!

What should I do, please? Thank you! ;-)

Hello,

Check the amplifier's audio menu, it may be necessary to activate this sub output
