Corrupted text notepad

Hello, so basically my issue is that I accidentally deleted a pretty important notepad file and thanks to a recovery software I managed to find it again. The only problem is that the notepad is "corrupted", basically instead of having standard text there are just lots of random letters, symbols, and numbers. I’ve already tried quite a few ideas but I’m starting to believe it might not be possible to recover it. Any ideas?

    Hello,

Try to open, File, Save As, change the encoding (UTF8 with or without BOM).

    Hello,

    "/…‘¼mÎ%?j…ä佈&ûùÏ"

Your recovery software did not work properly, so you are getting an unusable file.
This is not always possible, for example if the file location has been overwritten by another file, etc...

You can try with another recovery software, the only free one I know is Recuva

    https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva
(but it might be the one you already used)
