It rings several times and I don't get the voicemail but get a busy signal.

    Hello

    From my experience, a switchboard with a lot of calls makes you call 10 times to reach the person or look for the time slot when there are fewer calls to successfully get through.

    When you're in the waiting room, you see that it never stops.

    Sometimes it takes 3 days of attempts during the 2 hours of the switchboard's opening to reach them.
