Logitech C920 Webcam Issue

Hello, I'm experiencing some bugs with my Logitech C920 webcam.
I've been doing live streams for a while; I used to do them on an old, somewhat crappy PC and had no issues. Now I have a very good PC, and unfortunately, from the start, I'm encountering issues with frame freezing when I use my webcam. The problem is that it happens even when I'm not on OBS; no matter how I capture the video with this webcam, the issue remains the same. Basically, it creates a white screen bug that lasts less than a second, but it's very annoying considering that I stream and make videos... If anyone has any advice, I’d appreciate it, thanks.
