Impossible to install HEN 4.89 on my PS3

Good evening, my name is Arnaud, I come from Ivory Coast.

My problem is that I attempted the latest update to 4.89, and I partially succeeded.

Because the system shows 4.89, but when I try to install the HEN, I can't get it to work at all.

I have tried almost all the tutorials on YouTube, but nothing works.

If there are any tips I should know, please let me know because I don't know what else to do.

I am really discouraged when I think that I might not be able to play eFootball and other free games anymore; it gets me upset.

Please help me.

    Which version of the HEN did you download?

      I have a PS3 Slim, I downloaded the latest version 4.89.
