Hello,
After taking apart my Harman Kardon Go Play Bluetooth speaker to change the battery, I find that the rear membrane crackles during the bass.
Where could this come from? Could I have damaged the membrane by touching it, is there a bad connection, or was it poorly reassembled?

Check if the diaphragm is coming loose at any point. You need to push gently the diaphragm from the outside to the inside. It's not easy to see, so it's better to make two laps than one. One centimeter of detachment can cause the diaphragm to vibrate, but more precisely the suspension glued around the diaphragm.
