MacOS installation failed, disk "locked"

Hello, I wanted to restore my iMac to factory settings. So I started my iMac in recovery mode, I erased my internal disk. But when I need to install macOS, I can't select the disk because it is "locked".

Do you have any solutions? Thank you for your help and your time.
