Facebook Encounter Not Found

Hello,

I can't access the Facebook dating app from my phone; it is nowhere to be found.

The version of Facebook is the latest one and therefore up to date.

Do you know why and if there is a trick?

    I've tried several times to reinstall, clear the cache, update, etc., but nothing works. I reported it to Facebook but no results; it's very frustrating, especially since this app is actually good.
