Hello, Hik-Connect camera system: I can receive live videos but it is impossible in playback mode. The app says: "the maximum number of channels in playback has been reached"

    You are not alone in this case; it seems to be a software bug on their side... Restarting the NVR (the recorder) generally appears to resolve (temporarily) the issue.

    Here are a few steps to try:

    (Add the cameras manually, update the firmware (be careful, this may cause other bugs...), decrease the bitrate)
