In theory, reading a PUB file without Microsoft Publisher is technically impossible.
Solution
However, there is a simple and practical way to do this: Just convert the .pub file to .pdf.
This can be done using the software Format Factory. Simply click on browse, select the file in question, and click on the convert button. You will then have the option to download your .pdf file to your PC or send it by email.
