Headphone issue

My JBL Tune 230 NC TWS earbuds activate the ambient aware mode by themselves in mono mode, which bothers me because this mode creates a slight airflow sensation.
Could you please help me?

Hello, you need to disable the ambient sound on the JBL Headphone app.
