Good evening,
I'm trying to reset my region PC but it displays a black screen titled "X:windows\system32\cmd.exe - startnet.cmd"
(I have Windows 10 btw)
and then there's a white pop-up telling me something in English that I have trouble understanding, basically saying there's an error in JIT? and that it prevents the reset..
I'm about to lose it, please help me.

These PCs are locked by the administration in such a way that they cannot be modified or allow the installation of software; no assistance will be provided, as the CCM staff cannot legally access these locked devices.
As specified in the document provided and signed by every user, you must contact the service manager of the lending establishment.
