Minecraft texture pack download issue

Hello
Since this morning, I've been trying to install a texture pack on Minecraft, but unfortunately, my download remains at 0 percent. I've tried restarting my Xbox, relaunching Minecraft, my connection, etc... Nothing works; it’s always the same thing
Can anyone help me please?

    Heyyy, hi I had the same problem and I found this technique that worked for me on Xbox Series S, hoping it works for you too. To start, download any pack, once the download starts, wait for the infamous 0%. Once that’s done, go back to the very beginning of Minecraft (the main menu), wait 2 to 4 minutes, and then press the button at the bottom right. A page will open, then come back to the game and there you go, the download is complete.
