Hello,
As stated in the title, I am not receiving any notifications from TikTok. (I have obviously enabled notifications in my phone settings and in the app). I asked the question of why I am not receiving any notifications in the "report a problem" section, but they are not responding to me.

Please tell me why I am not receiving them, and if there is a way to start receiving them. Thank you
