Hello, I have a problem with my Samsung TV model UE65MU7040 with a simplified remote control.
I have forgotten the PIN code and therefore cannot reset the TV to factory mode. Can you please help me?
The code is neither 0000, nor 1111, nor 1234, nor 9999. I had chosen the code myself, but I can no longer find the paper on which I wrote it!!!
Is there a solution for this?

The only way is therefore to do a reset without going through the TV menu.

The TV turns off and turns back on immediately, and nothing else happens.
