Hello,

I need to have a TNT channel search performed on a GRANDIN television 800 km away for my 80-year-old mother-in-law.
I can get her to access the "image" menu (P21) using the "menu" button, but I can't seem to get her to go to the "channel" menu (P24).
How do you switch from the "image" menu to the "channel" menu?
Here is the corresponding documentation

I assume it's the "direction" buttons, but I haven't succeeded with her

Thank you

    Hello,

The wisest thing is for her to be physically accompanied or to go through a professional. It won't cost her much.

Reading the responses is good... Responding to them afterward, out of politeness, is better...

    Hello,
You need to know where the highlight is when you press the "Menu" button.
If it's on "Image Mode" like on page 22
Then you need to press the up arrow, then twice to the right, then "Enter" to access the channel menu.

If, however, after pressing "Menu", you simply see the logos at the top like below:

Then you need to move using the "right arrows" (x2) to highlight the logo (highlighted in yellow above) and then press "Enter".
You will then be in the "Channel" menu.

Does this TV receive images from a type of aerial, either individual or collective?
    No box or TV decoder....
Very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

Yes, it's a collective antenna, it doesn't have a box.

The problem is only with the channels of the FranceTelevision group in Champagne-Ardenne
I will try this with her on the phone after lunch.

      What channels are missing?
When it comes to collective antennas, it means neighbors... do the neighbors have the same type of concern?

What is the transmitter? Give me at least the city.
