Bluetooth turntable: no sound!

Hello,
I’ve paired my new Marley turntable with my JBL Bluetooth speaker but I’m not hearing any sound, or really very, very faintly, whether I activate the built-in preamp or not. Is there something missing? Apart from needing to know more????…

      I should point out that I'm not using a USB port. There are other outputs, but they require equipment that I don't have; I specifically bought a turntable with Bluetooth output to use my wireless speaker...

        Hello again, it worked with another speaker, knowing that I had tested the first one, of course. The pairing system seems quite temperamental.
