My mic doesn't work on Switch.

Hello,
My microphone doesn’t work, I just bought a special headset for Switch, but it doesn’t change anything, what should I do please?
I don’t have parental controls, I’ve activated open chat mode and I’ve done everything but nothing works.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 15.0

    I was in the same situation
    I searched, I searched and finally I turned off the console, not on standby but completely off, and since I turned it back on, it works
