Remove animated GIFs

Hello,
On my news feed, I see more and more comments containing a huge, ridiculous animated gif, for example

It's annoying; I can always hide the comment, but it's tedious.
Is it possible to automatically hide these large animated gifs?

    No. This is an option chosen by Facebook. And it seems that some people love posting this type of gifs.

    You can't do anything.

      or reply by posting another animated gif that means the same thing,
      I'm looking for one ...
