I want to know how to solve the problem of download and upload speed of a D-Link ADSL router; their speed is less than 4 Mo/s.
I believe you can help me reach at least 8 Mo/s.

You have the speed that your line can provide and no one can change that because the further you are from the DSLAM (telephone exchange), the lower the speed is.
