Audacity error 0 success

Hello,

I have an error when opening Audacity code 0 success
It thinks there is no audio device. I have followed the various steps suggested in the control panel, etc... and nothing worked.
Do you have any suggestions?

    copy ffmpeg to a folder
    create a bat file containing 
    ffmpeg -list_devices true -f dshow -i dummy pause
