Black and white phone

Hello,

My Crosscall phone is now in black and white. What should I do to recover the colors when I have neither the option to uncheck the black and white setting nor the ability to go into dark theme?
When I go to settings, then accessibility, I enable color inversion and get a screen in black and white. When I try to enable color correction, it makes no difference; my screen remains black and white.
