Hello,
I received a notice from the mailman during my absence to collect a registered letter from the post office within 15 days.
Upon returning home, I found that I had exceeded this deadline by 2 days and the letter has therefore been returned to the sender. I am not one of those who doesn’t want to know what was in that letter; on the contrary, I believe it was important and I would like to know how to receive it again since I do not know the sender?

In any case, we have no way of knowing who sent you this registered letter. Logically, the sender should resend it to you.
