Watch TF1 (and others) with VLC

Hello,

I would like to know how to watch TV channels (TF1, M6, etc.) live with VLC.

I only have a mobile plan with Sosh (I use tethering for the PC), and I don't have a box.

I understood that you need an M3U link to put into VLC, but I can't find it.

    why bother with VLC when you can watch TV with https://www.molotov.tv/ you also have https://captvty.fr/
