USB key problem starts from the beginning

Hello,

I bought a Megane 3 phase 2 a few months ago, and I bought a 32GB USB stick to use with my car radio. However, since the beginning, the music always starts over when I turn off the car engine. I've read here and there that it needs to be formatted in FAT32 to resume playback from where I stopped when I turn off the engine. I've also read that it needs some empty space to save the location where it stops.
I've done everything, but the USB stick still starts from the beginning. It's a 32GB stick, and I've only put two music files on it that are not even 1GB combined.

Does anyone have a solution, please?????
