Network connect virtual adapter issue

Hello,
I have a problem when I try to connect from home to my work, I get the following message:
network connect virtual adapter driver is not installed properly, please reinstall it. (nc.windows.app.23664)

What can I do???

I tried reinstalling Juniper Network, which is essential for connecting to my job, and it still doesn't work...

I can't find a download for the Juniper Network Connect virtual adapter driver

Can someone please help me????

Open Device Manager (Control Panel >> Administrative Tools >> Computer Management >> Device Manager)
and check if there are any yellow exclamation marks next to anything...
