Smart IPTV: Activation impossible

Hello, I have the Smart IPTV app already activated. But the problem is that when I enter the IPTV code and press the app, it asks me for activation. Since I've even tried to pay a second time, it says that my MAC is already activated. Please try to find a solution for me, thank you very much.

    Do you have the "smart iptv" application for Mac??

    What is your version of macOS, and what version of smart iptv?

      I have smart IPTV on my Samsung TV Mac that was working before.
