Hello,
After searching among the previous responses, I didn't find the solution
I have a Xomax Android 10 double din and each time I start it, it asks me for a code (which I know) for the screen to turn on
If I don't enter the code quickly, the radio is locked until the next start-up, and even then the contact needs to be turned off for several minutes
This function is becoming unbearable, but I don't know which menu to deactivate it in

It is worth noting that there are several models of Xomax Android 10, for example here XOMAX-XM-2CDB620... so you need to choose the right one first..

I looked through this manual and didn't see anything about the code... Maybe you can remove it... But also, it could be related to how it's connected to the 12 volts... There are several wires that power it, before and after ignition... and I think in your case, it's not retaining the code in memory because it's no longer powered... If the 12v before ignition is permanent, it will keep the memory. It might be something like that.. make sure to check the explanations in your paperwork.

The connection has been made correctly, this code was requested to protect my internet data in my opinion (maybe my Google account)
And despite a reset and a factory reset (not effective at all)
The problem persists ????‍♂️

Hello, actually, the problem comes from the Google account and its security system; once the account was deleted, the code was no longer requested.
