Website inaccessible: ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED

Hello,

For the past two days, I have been unable to access www.facebook.com on my computer.

Each time, I get this error message:

Sorry, your Internet access is blocked
A firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking firewall and antivirus settings
Running Windows network diagnostics
ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED

I have this problem only with Facebook. I can access all other websites just fine. This issue is only on my computer: there is no problem accessing Facebook with another computer connected to the same Wifi.

I use Edge but have also tried accessing it via Google Chrome –> Same issue.

I only have one Antivirus on my PC.

I have already tried the following actions:
- Uninstalled/Reinstalled my antivirus
- Disabled the firewalls

In my network settings, I also changed the DNS servers in Internet Protocol version 4 to: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4..
-> I was able to access Facebook for barely 2 minutes, then it crashed again.

How can I resolve this issue?
