Hello,

I used a vault software called "privary" to securely store and archive my photos and videos.

Unfortunately, I have a major problem that I can't seem to solve...

Of course, before asking here, I already contacted the app's technical support, but they just keep sending me a link to reset the password...

I can't find a way to retrieve the photos and videos that are clearly visible on my Android, which you can see in the attached image.

Does anyone have an idea? Thank you, and I'm sorry if I'm not in the right section.

    CCM members cannot help you find or recover a forgotten, lost, or unknown password or user code, meaning revealing it in plain text, whether on Windows, Mac, Linux, or other operating systems, but they can help you reset it. See further explanations about the difference between "recovering" a password and "resetting" a password.

    No assistance can be provided to find passwords for Excel files, PowerPoint presentations, PDF files, protected folders, encrypted disk images, "software vaults", laptops, tablets, smartphones, digicodes, or other access systems requiring password or code identification.

    The enemy is foolish: he thinks we are the enemy when it is actually him!

    I retrieved my passwords. Thanks to the password reset.

    However, since I uninstalled the app, it does not take into account my old files that are on my Android.

    The problem is not related to password recovery at all.

    But to recover encrypted files that are currently on my Android.
