Hello,
I wanted to add a second screen to my laptop. It is connected via a VGA cable that I had to plug into an HDMI adapter, which is then connected to my computer via another mini USB adapter. The second screen displays "input not supported." What should I do? Thank you.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 88.0.4324.190

Hello,
You need to lower the resolution in the display settings for the second screen because it doesn't support the default resolution.
The small issue is that the image won't fill the entire screen, but at least it will work normally.

Thank you! But it doesn't work either. I think the problem is having 2 adapters in a row... I ordered a new VGA/USB-C. I will get back to you if it doesn't work. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
